Does it really pay to use Adwords? I have heard conflicting reports on this, and I am a little skeptical

Adwords helps your sites ranking. This area of advertising is just that. You aren't going to earn money through this but you could eventually use the success from adwords to earn alot of money through somthing else.

I'm not into the whole spending money so I don't think that I am too keen on the whole adwords thing.
